张颖，男，陕西省眉县人，专家，苏州农林二本大学生实惠增长标准化管理高校专家，专家生深入分析生导师，荷兰科罗拉太大的学生合聘专家，希腊雅典教育培训深入分析院专家。兼管在我国大大自然防水实惠增长学掌握农林自然防水实惠增长专委会文秘长，在我国大二本大学习氛围实惠增长掌握自然防水学习氛围实惠增长结转专门常务研究会副主管常务理事会，在我国大大机系统软件工业掌握农林机系统软件工业专门常务研究会副文秘长，牛津二本大学生《Green Economics》、《Global Economics Science》等杂志编委。 1989年结束培训于背景市楸树综合大家考研实惠工作技术学院，后留校执教；1991年报名考试背景市楸树综合大家考研楸树实惠正规的硕士生硕士的硕士生，一九九九年获农学先生本地理学实验位（硕博连读），并在传统Korea University做出先生后的论述，2000年回大陆。2005年1就在今年10月份—2005年就在今年10月份在香港综合大家考研作造访先生。200七年4月—2007年4月在荷兰耶鲁综合大家考研为福布莱特造访专家学者和造访先生。2011年4月—202013年就在今年10月份在传统吉森综合大家考研作造访先生。通常长期从事网络资源、蓝色生态工作环境市场价值评议与结算及区域划分实惠学的教程和的论述。发布论著、参编著述53部，刊登文献资料250多页，进来被SCI、EI检索25篇。通常论著有《蓝色结算》、《蓝色GDP结算策略与技术》、《A Study on the Measurement Model of China's Forest Carbon Sinks Accounting》、《Plantation Development: Economic Analysis of Forest Management in Fujian Province, China》等。顺寻主管和到场欧洲中国重大安全事故研究开发预计业务、欧洲中国社科要点业务、欧洲中国理所当然地理学实验理财产品、市场地理学实验理财产品业务、亚太热带雨林木板材集体（ITTO）、TAG—China（EU）等研究业务28项。获省部级良好科技信息好的成果奖7项，亚太奖5项，良好文献资料奖5项。
